Ten Dollar Outfit - http://www.myspace.com/tendollaroutfit
This is the band that got me back into MySpace after a long hiatus and believe you me i'm thankfull to them for giving us some wonderful music to enjoy. I first heard these guys in the movie "Me, Myself and Irene" and immediately fell for the style and substance of their material. Well worth a visit to their page ;o)

Liz Longley - http://www.myspace.com/lizlongley
Liz's music has been a great find on MySpace, lovely vocals from such a young lass and solid melodies have given me a wee smile on many occasion.
Colin Hay - http://www.myspace.com/colinhay
Colin (of Men At Work) has some great music on his page. I heard a track of Colins on Scrubs a few years back and that got me thinking about listening to more of his solo stuff. Glad I did now, I can identify with every track on his player.

Shawn Mullins - http://www.myspace.com/shawnmullins
Again, another artist that has become a firm favourite of mine. Shawn recently uploaded a re-worked version of my fav track of his "All In My Head" and the new arrangement works well.

Dan May - http://www.myspace.com/danmaycd
Dan got in touch via Liz Longley's page and again, I now have the lyrics for all his stuff firmly burned into my memory, great tracks.
Danielle Deckard - http://www.myspace.com/danielledeckard
A sweet vocal style and great wee tracks, "Run" being a definate favourite.

Ben Sigston - http://www.myspace.com/bensigston
The track that I loved of Bens is sadly no longer on his profile, "Smile", but the other tracks are just as good and well worth the listen if you get the opporchancity.

Sparrahawk - http://www.myspace.com/aclspamborskee
Chris is actually a buddy of mine from Glasgow, formally a resident of Edinburgh, but a change of pace brought him home to the west coast. He has a unique musical style, very reminiscent of Alex Harvey, with some stonking wee tunes on his page.

Sherwood - http://www.myspace.com/sherwood
These guys have some great tracks on their page and their album is superb, go buy it!

Lemon - http://www.myspace.com/lemonmusic
A great band from NYNY, my favourite track being "Daydreams", I think i've burned out my speakers listening to it that much.

Second Hand Roses - http://www.myspace.com/secondhandroses
A more recent find, I was pleased they hit me up for a request. Defo part of my Friday night MySpacing lineup.

OneRepublic - http://www.myspace.com/onerepublic
Another favourite Friday night band who recently recieved top accolades in the US for their single "Apologize" (recently covered in the UK chart by Timbaland). The next single "Stop and Stare" is equally as good, another album well worth the purchase price.

The Scarlet - http://www.myspace.com/thesc4rlet
A cracking wee local band from Glasgow, I discovered their sound at a gig in Pivo Pivo. I was down there essentially to watch Chris (Sparrahawk) play his set and was pleased to hang around and tune into The Scarlet. So go check out their page and enjoy the strong vocals from a very young and talented singer.

The Hoosiers - http://www.myspace.com/thehoosiers
Not like they need the exposure as they're doing quite well in the global scheme of things, but i just love their album, with "Goodbye Mr A" and "Worried About Ray" being my two firm favourites.

Vivien Scotson - http://www.myspace.com/vivienscotson
Local lass Vivien has great wee tunes to listen to in the comfort of your own wee world. "Fault Lines" is a current favourite.

The Open Day Rotation - http://www.myspace.com/theopendayrotation
Loving the uncluttered arrangements and sweet melodies. Current fav is "Invisible King".

Feist - http://www.myspace.com/feist
Seeing as my fav technology company are popping up on the telly a lot just now, have a listen to "1234" :o)

Augustana - http://www.myspace.com/augustana
A little slice of Americana, with a band I've been meaning to highlight on my page for ages but just never got around to it, sorry guys. "Boston" and "Stars and Boulevards" are firm favs, played on a regular basis to annoy the neighbours :o)

Stonesthrow - http://www.myspace.com/stonesthrowuk
After enjoying a wee gig of theirs last week in Glasgow, I thought i'd let you sample the delights this week. Looking forward to more of the same lads, nice one :o)

Matt Jones - http://www.myspace.com/therealmattjones
Another slice of folk rock. I was glad Matt dropped by my page a few days back, great tunes, well worth a second or even fourth listen :o)

Nut Bros - http://www.myspace.com/nutbros
Something local again this week, with a wee outfit from Glasgow

Century Chaos - http://www.myspace.com/centurychaos
Something local again this week, with a wee rock outfit from Glasgow, great sounds lads

The Vivians - http://www.myspace.com/theviviansdivided
Something from the other side of the coast this week, with a wee punk outfit from Edinburgh

Kadesha - http://www.myspace.com/kadeshadrija
A nice strong vocal style, another artist that should mature beautifully in a vocal sense, she's only 15! :o)

Erin McCarley - http://www.myspace.com/erinmccarley
This week, I've plumped for Erin McCarley, from San Diego. Lovely set of tracks on her page, I'm looking forward to more and our American friends can catch two of her tracks "Pitterpat" & "Pony" on the show "One Tree Hill"
